| Objectives |

PROCUST has the following objectives:
- to analyze the state-of-art of the institute;
- to realize SWOT analysis which will contain the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats;
- to provide an Action Plan to up-grade and reinforce the RTD capacity of the institute.
